General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every person ("User") who uses the wy2 platform. By accessing our services through the wy2 website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Account Registration & Verification

To register an account on wy2, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false details will result in account termination, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

2.3One Person, One Account Policy

Only one account per phone number or device is permitted on wy2. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses forfeited.

Age Restriction & Eligibility Requirements

Wy2 strictly does not provide services to anyone under the age of 18. This is not just our policy — it is our ethical responsibility.

• If a false age is provided at registration, any winnings in that account will be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1Deposit terms

All funds deposited must come from your own legitimate sources. Borrowed money or funds from third parties are not permitted. Deposits made using another person's mobile banking account will be considered invalid and the transaction will be voided.

• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit
• Wagering must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Wy2 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5.1Wagering Requirement

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, a 15x wagering requirement means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. Failing to meet the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.2Bonus Abuse Prohibited

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, wy2 will refund the bet placed for that round.
• If a session drops due to network issues, it will resume from the last saved state

8.1Voluntary Account Closure

To close your account, contact Live Support. You may withdraw any remaining balance before closure (provided KYC verification is complete).

8.2Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, use wy2's self-exclusion feature to lock your account for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.

Limitation of Liability

Wy2 will not be liable for the following:

• If a game disconnects due to loss of internet connection
• For losses caused by issues with your device or software
• Sharing your password with a third party resulting in account compromise
• In the event of a force majeure (natural disaster, cyberattack) causing a service outage

Dispute Resolution Process

Wy2 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Users will be given at least 7 days' notice before any significant changes take effect — via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account within 7 days of receiving the notice.
